Your mind faces more than seventy thousand thoughts in a day, surprisingly ninety percent of them are negative thoughts. Out of them, the one which is your most predominant thought defines your day, then weeks , then months and then the whole life !
It’s crucial to identify, understand and refine your “most predominant thought” . It is not only the backbone of your life but the breathing system of your feelings , emotions, decisions , actions and results.
Whenever you get trapped into wrong feelings, wrong emotions , wrong decisions, wrong actions and wrong results then certainly you must revisit that “most predominant thought” because that is the root cause of all your pain. On the contrary, that thought is the root cause of all your anticipated pleasure.

Choose your thoughts wisely. Don’t accept the thoughts which are troubling your emotional state. Don’t reject the thoughts which are healing your emotional state. That’s the key to create the desired environment inside your Mind-space, to cultivate good life.

Ensure to ignore thoughts that produce emotional state of anxiety, stress, anger, rage, revenge, pity, fear, cruelty, despise , blame, sadness, frustration or jealously. In any case, such thoughts must not become your “predominant thought”. If any of them dominates over you then you can do nothing more than your own self-destruction by your own deeds and behavior.

Ensure to consciously create thoughts that produce emotional state of harmony, gratitude, kindness, affection, love, peace, trust, empathy, serenity, inspiration, amusement, joy , laughter, ease, excitement, enthusiasm, containment, curiosity, courage, hope, passion and bliss. Such thoughts must become your “predominant thought”. If any of them dominates over your then you can do miracles with your life by your own deeds and behavior. You can create a fulfilling destiny filled with togetherness, trust, happiness and everlasting motivation to spread happiness and success.

Feed your mind with positive thoughts , not at once, but all the time. Look at the positive side of the people, things and situations. Keep searching for opportunities to cultivate healing emotions within you and within people around you. Read good books , try good consultation opportunities. Initiate the revolution within. Clear your purpose and move further intelligently.
